At IMPRODEX, we combine over 35 years of experience in plastics processing with modern production technologies. Since 1998, we have been using machines from the German company Arburg, recognized as the world leader in injection molding machines.

High-performance machine park
Our machine park includes 60 modern machines with clamping forces ranging from 25 to 800 tons, including:
– electric, hybrid, and vertical units with rotary tables,
– 3 machines dedicated to the production of two-component parts,
– 1 Sumitomo-Demag 800-ton injection molding machine with the possibility of gas-foamed injection using MuCell® technology.
The machines are equipped with software that optimizes the injection process and systems that monitor production quality and efficiency (OEE).

The ALS system, implemented in 2019, enables full real-time monitoring of parameters.
Thanks to it, we can:
– monitor production quality and efficiency,
– track work order and shift parameters,
– minimize downtime and increase product repeatability.

Automated work cells
Integration with Multilift, Wittmann, and Sepro Cartesian robots, as well as Kuka and Yaskawa six-axis robots, supports part removal, insertion, and additional operations.
Four halls – one integrated production system
Production takes place in four halls with a total area of 2,500 m², equipped with an automatic granule distribution system from a central feed hopper, integrated with the machine park.
