We have sixty injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 25 to 800 tons, including electric, hybrid, and vertical units. Each machine is integrated with the ALS master system, which monitors production quality, performance, and efficiency in real time.

Our tool shop is the heart of IMPRODEX. Equipped with DMG MORI three- and five-axis milling machines, SODICK drilling machines, CHMER machines, and modern CAD/CAM systems, it allows us to design and manufacture new injection molds, perform quick repairs
and upgrades of tools, and maintain continuity of production without downtime.
