On Saturday, November 11, the 31st INDEPENDENCE RUN took place at the local sports stadium in Czechowice-Dziedzice. Our company was proudly represented by several competitors on 10 km distance run. Before the start, we all sang the Polish National Anthem and then nearly 500 competitors set off on a hilly asphalt loop through the city streets. The cheerfulness and good mood did not disappoint. At the finish line, everyone received a commemorative medal, a banana and a hot soup. Next year we will try to increase the number of athlets from Improdex Team.

In mid May, we have completed the construction works of the 250 kW PV installation. It supplies the energy to our internal electrical power circuit and is conneted to our transformer station. The energy which is generated is fully utilised for our internal needs.  The installation and launch of a second yet larger PV farm is planned within a few months.

As part of the regional operational project for the Śląskie Voivodeship - innovations in small and medium-sized enterprises, we have purchased the latest generation hybrid machine ARBURG 920 H with KUKA robot.

It is our largest machine from a German manufacturer, with an injection unit of 3200, clamping force of 500 tons and the possibility of using the MuCell® technology - injection with gas.

This is the third machine in Improdex equipped with the technology of foaming material co-injected with pressurized nitrogen, giving a few percent reduction of components weight and saving the used granulate.

Due to the development of production in the electro technical sector and the need to increase the free capacity within the small and medium-sized machines, we have purchased another three injection molding machines of 370 and 420 series. Currently, we have a total of 55 ARBURG machines.

Due to the aging machinery park, the company's management decided to gradually replace small and medium-sized machines with new ones. We purchased two 320 C injection molding machines, one 470 C and one 470 GOLDEN ELECTRIC. Currently, we have a total of 52 ARBURG machines
